Jake Svendsen began his career as a loan officer in the Seattle area in 2010. In 2019, he and his wife moved to Eastern Washington to raise their growing family, and he now helps borrowers across Spokane, the Palouse, the Tri-Cities and the surrounding counties.
Jake enjoys helping clients navigate the mortgage process and sharing what he knows about the industry so borrowers can make informed decisions about their financing. As a loan officer with Empire Home Loans, Inc., he works with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, veterans, retirees, homeowners tapping equity, real estate investors and commercial borrowers.
Jake is a husband and father of three boys. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, writing songs, and keeping up with current events and developments in the mortgage industry.
